Shipping & Returns

At Bravamed, we are committed to providing you with a seamless and efficient shipping experience. Please read through our shipping policy to understand how we handle orders, delivery times, and other important information.

We have a 6 week (42 days) return policy, which means you have 42 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bravamed.com.au. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 206/56 Bowman Street, Pyrmont, NSW. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our customer support team.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-demand periods, processing times may increase, but we will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option to meet your needs:

  • Courier Shipping ( 2-5 business days)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs delays or carrier disruptions.

Shipping Destinations

  • Our warehouse is located in Sydney.
  • Shipping to Sydney and NSW has a flat fee of $49.
  • Any other state of Australia is $99.

Shipping Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. Use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  • If you encounter issues with your shipment, please contact our support team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws or carrier regulations (e.g., items requiring temperature control).
  • If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you and provide alternative options or issue a refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us resolve the issue promptly.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and provide a resolution.
